Today I bought a loaf of bread from Sainsburys..
Ok so you just read my heading and are wondering what on earth I am talking about aren’t you? Well, i’ve not lost the plot but am merely responding to a challenge laid down by Sally Walker of http://www.sallywalker.me.uk/ during her latest Social Sally webinar tonight.
I feel I should point out here that before tonight I was actually a webinar virgin so I am glad ‘my first’ experience of it was with Sally.
Although I already use WordPress to post my blogs and love using it due to ease of use and the fact that it is linked to my website…I am dreadfully lazy with blogging and since I have been running for over a year now, I am ashamed to say I have only blogged a handful of times.
Most of the time it is due to not knowing what to write or which topic to blog about, but thanks to Sally, I now have some more ideas and ways to come up with interesting topics… so I promise to spend more time blogging from now on.
Back to the loaf of bread though…the challenge was that we all write a blog by tomorrow and make the heading ‘today I brought a loaf of bread from Sainsburys … so there we go… challenge met!
If you want to take a look at the other blogs resulting from Sally’s challenge tonight then look up the hashtag #loaf on Twitter and you should find us all. I look forward to the next Webinar from @SallyWalker too.

Thanks Sarah! Was trying to work out how to leave a comment on your blog, but it must be too late for my brain to function as I couldn’t!

Have our loaves of bread taken over the world?
I loved the webinar, it was good fun and one of the first I have ever watched.

Well hopefully this will be the nudge you need to blog more. Perhaps Sally has enabled a group that can encourage and help each other.
Or just get on with it
It was good to “meet” you

Sarah (arrow) I think the bread just might have done! Great idea & experiment though…looking forward to the Facebook one soon – we will be webinar old timers before long
Babs – great to ‘meet’ you too and look forward to chatting more on Twitter & the next time – I will be getting on with it more now!
