It is very hard to provide an accurate price at this stage as each clients’ needs are different and the work varies immensely.

To get an exact price for the work you require please contact us | Prices can be quoted per hour, per week, per project or per bundle.

Our Hourly rate is 19.00 per hour.

We can also provide ‘bundle’ packages so that you can use your time as and when it suits you. They can be used at 30 minute increments and include all administration work.

The cost of these are:

Bronze Package: £100 for 5 hours work.

This is more of a taster package to see if you like the way we work. This covers all sorts of work apart from Credit Control and some materials.

Silver Package: £200 for 11 hours work.

This package can include Credit Control which includes landline and mobile UK phone calls and invoicing.

Gold Package: £390 for 20 hours work.

This package covers any of our services and includes all extra costs such as phone calls, invoicing, travel and basic stationery.

Call Answering Service

This service is available at £1.00 per call and includes email correspondence. A weekly surcharge of £7.00 is chargeable and is available between 8.00am and 5.30pm.

Out of hours calls can be answered from 7.30am and until 9.30pm. The charge for this service is £10.00 per week and all calls are charged at £1.25 per call.

We offer the first 3 calls free of charge included in the per week fee.

A text service is available for an extra £2.00 per week on top of the above quoted prices.

Last minute bookings or bookings that require the work to be completed within 24 hours, will be subject to an additional fee | The above prices are subject to quotation and between the hours of 9.00 and 5.00 | Additional packages can be tailor made to suit you | Unused ‘bundle’ hours can be carried over to the next month.
